Bad experience at this hotel! Avoid the jacuzzi
Our room had a jacuzzi that we could only use once during our stay. It leaked throughout the room. Puddles of water on a very slippery floor. We had to use the only two towels they provided to dry the floor. We informed the housekeeper and front desk with no solution at all. We had to go ask for our towels because they forgot to bring to us. At the time we told them again and didn’t act like they cared. They didn’t offer any solution. We won’t be staying there again!!!!!

If you book with expidia or online be ready to pay an extra 4 dollars for what ever fee they wanna add and it needs to be paid. Hotel is falling apart which is scary cause u don’t know if ur gonna get the blame for it and then there gonna wanna charge u for it.

Room 203 and 218 are haunted .... People died in those rooms. I was in 203 and it locked from the inside by itself the office knows and still rents out room. Day one is ok everytime but after that if you stay over they don't clean the room . Over priced room

It was terrible! They charged me extra fees when I got there and for my twins. I found out later adter reading theyre "regulations " kids stay free 10 and under. On top of that the pool was dirty! Ac wasnt working as well. It was the worst hotel I've been to.
