We enjoyed our five night stay in this spacious location. It is located close to biking trails to old town and the water fall, Chute Montmorency making it an ideal location for us. The entry is still under construction and it is located in a corner with traffic all around. With windows closed noise was not an issue. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the two of us. The hotel was just a short drive from Old Québec (we even walked), and there were several great restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return on a future trip!

It was a very clean and quiet place. All the kitchen utensils were provided, which was great since I cooked meals every day. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but it was resolved quickly. It's reassuring to know that they're easily accessible.

This is not a hotel and the name can be a little bit confusing. It is an apartment building where all the apartments are on short-term location. Well-located and clean, the place is still under construction. They had issues with the AC while I was there but they resolved it the same day.

Good: Fridge, stove top, and stainless steel pots are nice. Washing machine and dryer worked flawlessly. Apartment is nicely sized for solo travel. It was cleaned and set up well when I arrived but there was a distinct layer of dust. The staff was polite when I interacted with them. You can get a near complete dark room with the blinds. Balcony is good for fresh air. Bad: Table and kitchen was a bit small. Air conditioning was broken during my stay in the summer. They gave us a fan but it didn’t do too much. 4th floor room and no elevator made getting up and down hard, especially with luggage. It’s still under construction on the ground floor or is incomplete, and has an intense smell. Overall if they get the AC running it’s a good place.

The Positives: Location & Neighborhood: The property is located in a very beautiful and quiet area. Conveniently, there is a large supermarket nearby that provides all daily essentials. Transportation: The bus transit system is excellent, and the bus station is very close to the accommodation, making commuting incredibly easy. The Building & Studio: The building is brand new and quiet. The studio itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Services & Communication: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with management was generally good and responsive. Negatives (Areas for Improvement): Room Service (Towels): There was a delay in replacing the towels; despite my request, they weren't changed for two days. However, on the second day, management contacted me, apologized politely, and provided instructions on how to get fresh towels. Ventilation System: I noticed food odors entering the studio through the ventilation/exhaust system, which seemed to be coming from one of the neighboring rooms. This is something that might need a maintenance check. Conclusion: The stay was excellent and comfortable, and I highly recommend it. The minor issues encountered were handled professionally and politely by management, and I would definitely stay here again.

the main issue is that paid parking is 5 minutes away and need to vacate parking lot by 8ham the next morning. When it rains, not the best way to start the vacation if you are traveling solo and need to carry your luggage . Also the building has 4 floors and no elevator.

Last minute hotel when our other hotel go through, this was a good choice, or so we thought. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we were on our way to Canada that we found out that there was no air conditioning. The air conditioner had broke and we were promised a fan. Not only was there no fan in the room when we got there, there was no elevator. We had to walk four flights upstairs with all of our luggage. While the room looked great, being on the 4th floor with no AC almost 90° weather, and it being 89.9 degrees Fahrenheit inside was extremely important. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. If it weren't for the lack of an elevator and AC, I would have rated this place as excellent. Although, it was nice to be able to do the laundry. Unfortunately, we had to leave the apartment when we put the dryer on because it got so hot that it was difficult to breathe inside the apartment.

nous sommes arrives a 15h30,impossible de rentrer dans l'appartement,il faut attendre 16h.c'est loin du centre de Quebec.le menage etait mal fait,j'ai une photo.et le jour du depart coupure d'eau;pas de panneau vous prevenir,mais a 10h vous recevais un sms comme quoi vous devait partir a 11h.A ne pas reserver.A eviter.

Le bâtiment est en construction, il n’y a pas de trottoir pour y acceder. La porte d’entrée n’est pas sur la rue de l’adresse. Le lit est trop mou pour moi. Il n’y avait pas de shampooing ni savon. Je l’ai mentionné et on m’a suggéré d’aller en acheter a la pharmacie. Logement au 4eme étage sans ascenseur.
