A very enjoyable stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the hotel offered good value for money. There are a few small areas that could be improved, but nothing that significantly affected our experience.

Lovely hotel apart from the journey into the centre every day took longer than expected particularly in the evenings as public transport wasn't very reliable.

It was a great experience! I love the room and the back yard! The breakfast was great. Debora was an artistic chef! Eggs were perfect, everything was fresh and was the best of market and extremely delicious. Highly recommended

What a beautiful hotel this was. I stayed with my daughter in our first visit to Florence and the room was just as pictured in the photos we’d seen online. The bathroom had a pleasant surprise as we got to experience the bidet- so refreshing. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our flight got pushed back by a day and they allowed us to extend our room with just a very small charge. They also helped daily with Taxi and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful hotel in a converted grand house, our economy room was in the remodeled carriage house. Bathroom was very small, but functional. Breakfast is worth the extra fee, the staff has a wide variety of food items and delicious coffee and other juices available. Quiet neighborhood, gorgeous courtyard.
