The hotel was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The renovated the bathroom but did a ver poor job. They didnt coordinate it properly and the water was just everywhere. It was a mess. The bed was super uncomfortable. I guess that it served its purpose to have a place to sleep. It was pricy for what it was.

Don't ever stay here... and I mean ever
We arrived to no valet, bell service or security, so we were forced to unload our own vehicle while surrounded by junkies and homeless, then park ourselves a block and a half away. The room is about a small as a I've ever stayed in. Satellite TV was without any signal,so that was a little ridiculous. But the real problem was that the room doesn't have temperature control. 83 degrees when my wife and I woke up choking dry at 3am. We had to open the door to a shared balcony to get the temperature down to 80, and sleep with one eye open because, well, it's a shared balcony. We are here for 1 night only for my brothers wedding. So without a good night's sleep, I now have to let my wife get ready here, and I'll get the car so I can sweat the loading, and then wait until I get to the church to put my suit on. This is easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. $600 for the night and I don't think the description of a "dump" begins to cover it.

We were only there a couple of days, but we very much enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Plus the room had great views. The only disappointment was that the roof bar wasn't open, but no big deal. Probably the best part of the place is the lobby staff. The two woman (Abigail and Amanda) who helped us were absolutely awesome.

This hotel provides great value against other options. the room is more spacious than typical city hotels, and comes with a refrigerator. it's walking distance to downtown. to the historic lower eastside, to buses and subway lines, and of course, to Italian and chinese food options. i had a problem with elevator service, and staff were prompt to respond to it. they also welcomed me as a solo traveler very warmly each day.

Wonderful location in LES Chinatown! Everything is walking distance from this hotel. The room was clean and well equipped with working electronics (fridge, iron, coffee maker). The bathroom is in need of updating - some mismatched tile on the flooring. The continental breakfast was good! Fruit, eggs, cereal, yogurt, waffle station, and French pastries like croissants were available. Our front desk in check in, Blanca, the best! She made us feel so welcome and facilitated our late check out. The gym is nice - they had cardio machines, free weights and a cable machine. The lobby bathrooms need more frequent checking up on, cleaning and restocking.
