I like that they have onsen facility, so that I don't have to go elsewhere to enjoy onsen. They also have complimentary ramen at late night. The only thing that needs improvement will be the working space in the room. I need to work while traveling and I find there is not enough desk space.

Had a love/hate relationship with this hotel. Room was small, not particularly clean. Bed was hard and lumpy, pillows flat, and a/c not very cool. Bad smell in the room until we ran water down bathtub drain. However …. The hotel has a wonderful onsen area. Spas are from natural hot springs. In both men’s and women’s areas there was an outdoor onsen, an indoor onsen, cold pool and sauna.

他のドーミーインと同じ、朝の乳酸菌飲料と夜のアイスと夜鳴きそばのサービスがあり、満足度が高かったです。朝食もご当地グルメが楽しめて良かったです。 階段が緊急時にしか使用できないようになっていて、エレベーターの待ち時間が長かったため、環境の視点からも開放してほしいと思いました。また部屋のエアコンをつけていなくても、12階は非常に暑かったです。
