A stunning property, yet essential rest/sleep becomes impossible due to the location's nature. Beautiful hotel, but our stay was a nightmare, marred by constant noise from inside and nearby venues. Staff's lack of information and afterwards indifference to our concerns left a very disappointing impression. Would STAY AWAY from booking here. We later stayed in the Omnia Hotel and the difference was beyond words.

This hotel is a gem! We LOVED it! Great location everything is around it. It looks small but it has many amenities and restaurants and spa inside it. They pick you up from the train station and room is GORGEOUS. Excelente hotel.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Zermatt. We were able to walk to property from train station. The staff was professional and efficient. We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from the bars was overwhelming. Had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. I would definitely request a room in the back next time. From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. Staff friendly, location was excellent; walking distance from train station. The free breakfast was a great extra. The hotel smells divine as soon as you walk in the front door. Room was well decorated and comfortable. We got a room with a Matterhorn view which was fabulous to see on a clear day. Would highly recommend.
