A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants soon - looking forward to that. Will definitely return soon! Highly recommended!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Heritage Hotel Lucia. It is a small, beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely terrace garden where I enjoyed breakfast during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I instantly felt at home. My room was very clean, bright, and fresh-smelling. As a first-time visitor to Dubrovnik, I was very fortunate to find Heritage Hotel Lucia, especially because of its location. It is in a very convenient spot, just a 5–10 minute walk from the Old Town, so I never needed to take a bus or Uber back and forth. At the same time, because the hotel is outside the Old Town, I didn’t have to drag my luggage over cobblestone streets or navigate steep stairs—a huge advantage when traveling with a luggage! On my departure day, my taxi picked me up right in front of the hotel for my very early 4:00 a.m. airport transfer. I was especially touched that the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box for me to take to the airport. That thoughtful gesture really meant a lot. I would highly recommend Heritage Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The beautiful setting, convenient location, clean and comfortable room, and—most of all—the wonderful staff made my stay truly memorable. Thank you Heritage Hotel Lucia! Ad

The location is ideal for exploring the City Walls of Dubrovnik, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. An easy 10 minute walk to the main Pile gates put you in the heart of the old town, and returning back felt like coming home. What truly sets Hotel Lucia apart is its hospitality. Miriam, Anna, and the entire team created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and personal. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so authentic and heartfelt. A well-located, charming property for its proximity to Dubrovnik Old Town. The hotel is in immaculate condition with modern, clean interiors consisting of pristine white walls and tiled floors. From the main road, there are a few steps up to the hotel. Our taxis tended to stop on a side road opposite to avoid hindering the traffic flow. It is a short downhill walk along the main road which leads to the gateway of the spectacular old town. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfasts were prepared to order, plentiful and delicious. There is an indoor bar area with a couple of tables and chairs outside. The majority of rooms seemed to be arranged around a central staircase with a lift. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, but it was possible to hear other guests quietly traversing the stairwell in the morning. We booked one of the higher category rooms: a rectangular room with 3 windows and impressive views. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable, and perhaps the only thing we might have wished for was a bath. Sleep quality was great though. We were aware that there was no outdoor plunge pool, but it might have been a relief from the intense heat of Summer for a longer stay. The breakfast terrace is a pleasant, sunlit place to begin the day. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

旧市街から徒歩圏内で立地がとても良いです。全てのスタッフがいつも笑顔で宿泊者を気にかけてくださいました。清掃係は頻繁に宿泊者の部屋に来て、必要なものがないか聞いてくださいました。とてもホスピタリティに溢れているホテルで気持ちよく滞在できました。朝食はメニューに載っているものを食べたいだけ注文することができ、毎日幸せでした。この朝食サービスは今後もぜひ続けて欲しいです。ホテルの前の車道は常に車が行き交い、タクシーが停車しづらいですが、荷物の運び入れや運び出しも快くお手伝いしてくださり助かりました。ドゥブロブニクに来る際にはまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

私たちはこのホテルのバルコニー付きのクラシックルームに1週間滞在しました。 こじんまりとした、とても居心地の良い素敵なホテルです。 ピレ門から徒歩5分という抜群の立地。連日30℃を超す暑さでしたが、ホテルに戻って休むことができたので助かりました。 ホテルは道路に面していますが、夜はとても静かです。周囲は緑も多く、早朝はバルコニーで鳥のさえずりを聴きながら瞑想、ホテル周囲の路地散歩も楽しかった！ そして特筆すべきは朝食です。ア・ラ・カルトでオーダーでき、朝食とは思えない豪華さ！少し時間はかかりますが、ゆっくり時間をとって楽しんでほしい。特にフレンチトーストが絶品でした。時間がない時は、ペストリーやハム、チーズ、果物がセットされた"スターター"だけでも充分です。 スタッフ皆さんの温かいおもてなしも最高でした。 正直、この旅行でドブロブニクは最初で最後と思っていましたが、このホテルがあるならまた戻ってきたいです。

A noter, j’aime voyager sans me spoiler par des guide et ai donc decouvert sur place que dubronik est en zone restreinte a la circulation automobile.
