This spot is second to none !! It is actually underneath the Spanish steps Spacious and clean and communication was excellent Back yard area was nice but hardly used

Lejligheden ligger 60 meter fra den Spanske trappe, så placering er fantastisk hvis man gerne vil bo central i Rom omgivet af små hyggelige gader og restauranter, og gå afstand til de fleste seværdigheder. Lejligheden har desværre lidt dårligt indeklima, med lugt af indelukkethed og fugtpletter flere steder ved loftet. Der er ingen vinduer, men en dør til en hyggelig lukket gårdhave (ikke privat). Vi turde ikke lade døren være åben om natten. Der er varm/køler blæser i et af soveværelserne. Lejligheder har en ‘Cave’. Den skal ses - fascinerende - men ikke til at opholde sig i pga klimaet. Lejligheden ligger lige ved siden af metroen. Der er absolut ingen støj gener, trods den centrale beliggenhed. Vi fik udsøgt behandling af ejerne via WhatsApp. Vil bestemt overveje at bo samme sted næste gang - eneste minus er manglende muligheder for udluftning, ellers var alt perfekt.
