Giriş çıkışlarda araba parkı için baya beklemek zorunda kaldık. Asansör ara sıra bozulduğu için merdiven çıkmak zorunda kalabiliyorsunuz. Personel ilgili her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, otel gayet temizdi. Yemekler çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Denizi tertemiz tek sorun şezlong için yer bulmak zor olabiliyor.

Temiz ve ikramsal , misafirperverlik , güleryüzlülük çok iyiydi. Konumu , denizi , manzarası süperdi. Yemekler çeşitli ama lezzeti ortalamaydı. En son gün eşyaları emanete koyup günü yaşamamız için yardımcı oldular , mescit olmaması zorladı

Otel yeni olmasına rağmen hiçbir noktada sıkıntı yaşamadık her şey kusursuzdu.

Geri kalan her konuda başarılı buldum.

Her durumda bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.

Otel her anlamda mükemmele yakındı. Tek bir eksiklik vardı. Beach bölümünde bulunan barda bulunan barmenler vasatın altındaydı. İstediğimiz koktailler çok kötü geldi. Sadece meyve suyu ve alkolü karıştırıyorlar. Sadece barmenlerden Can'nın yaptığı koktailler çok güzeldi. Biz sürekli Can'ı takip ettik, ona yaptırdık koktailleri:). Tavsiyem Can'ı bulun:D

My family and I have just returned home after having had a wonderful week at this resort. The resort was at full capacity throughout our stay, and yet the level of service was always maintained at a very high standard. Food and beverage was provided plentifully throughout the day and the selection of restaurants and food locations was excellent as was the variation in menus. The swimming pool looked very nice but we never used it as the beachside facilities were simply superb. The resort has its own beach from which you have to step into from the decking and every day was beautiful there. Watching the sunset from the beach deck (see photo) was simply enchanting also. Location-wise, the resort is situated very close to the stunning Bodrum Marina and Old Town and is only a 5-minute taxi journey and the hotel offers beautiful views over the bays and the adjacent Aegean Sea islands. As mentioned before, we were very impressed with all the staff at the resort, all of whom are multi-lingual. But I must make particular mention of Yusuf at Reception, Ugur the Entertainment Manager but especially Hasan the Guest Services Manager who always made us feel very welcome and was generous in his offerings to make our stay as special as possible. This was one of our best ever family vacations and, thanks to Hasan and to all the staff there, the Başka Resort Hotel is one we definitely look forward to returning to.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with great variety of fresh and flovorfuk dishes every day. The sea was clear and beautiful. Making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Having a coffee while looking at Bodrum Castle was an unforgettable experience and one of the most peaceful moments of our vacation. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every question or problem we had was solved quickly, proffessionally and effectively. They genuinely cared their guests comfort and satisfaction and always found solution without delay. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants calm and relax for own holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Başka! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The food was outstanding—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We truly looked forward to dining each day. What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The stunning views, exceptional service, and wonderful atmosphere created an unforgettable vacation for us. We had such an amazing time and made beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend Hotel Başka to anyone looking for a relaxing and exceptional getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Whoever is rating this hotel as 5star has never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. The staff and the food were excellent however the hotel is under renovation and it's an ongoing construction site with many disruptions and work being carried out throughout the hotel The finishing works of the renovation is not 5 start quality, far from it. The vibe is nice around the place but it is not a high end establishment.
