熱海銀座から近く、海にも近くくて便利です。宿泊したお部屋は４階の1番端で海は見えませんでしたがお部屋も広く、設備も新しくポットはバルミューダ、ドライヤーはパナソニックの新型でとても快適でした。 大浴場には露天風呂、サウナと水風呂もあり満喫しました。混んでいる時は洗い場少し待つこともありそうですが、朝食後はわりと空いていてゆっくり入れました。シャワーヘッドも使いやすいし大浴場のアメニティがukaなのはとても良かったです。ちょうど台風が来そうな時だったので屋上テラスのウェルカムドリンクがいただけなかったのは残念でした。後、朝食は混雑します。コーヒーマシンがこの人数に対して一台しかないので並ぶ。ちょうどカス捨てと豆切でとても待ちました。そこだけマイナスでした。連れは納豆や干物など期待していましたが白飯すらなく、海外のホテルのようなオシャレなメニューでした。

とても素敵なホテルでした！ スタッフの皆さんの対応もとても親切で、食事も美味しかったです。お部屋も広く、館内もとても清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 本当に大満足です！ 次回また熱海に旅行する際は、ぜひVillage Atamiに宿泊したいと思います。 ありがとうございました！

オープンしたてなので全てがキレイで、且つしっかりと清潔を保ってます。 施設のサービスもスタッフの対応もとても良かったので、居心地良く満足できる宿泊でした。 残念な点をあえて挙げると、15時からチェックインだったので15:30頃に到着したのですが、敷地内駐車場が全て埋まっており、宿泊者数に比べて敷地内駐車場が少ないと感じました。（外部の有料駐車場を使うように言われました） また、ディナーとモーニングは大人が満足できるおいしい料理でしたが、子供が食べるような料理は少なかったです。 とはいえ、また宿泊したいホテルでした。
