When the caretaker met us in front the lobby,she fidnt informed us that our smaller room was chaned yo a bigger room when we checked in on that day.

A mon arrivée,, aucune indication ou je dois faire mon check in donc ça été très laborieux car personne ne trouvait ma réservation même si tout était confirmer.donc après 45 minutes ils ont finalement réaliser que j'étais dans un autre bâtiment et mon envoyer a la bâtisse. Je prend ma chambre et l'histoire continue, problème avec l'eau dans la salle de bain, aucune laveuse a linge ( qui devait être inclus) je été transféré de chambre le lendemain matin et tout a été ok.
