The staff were really helpful and nice, the facilities were very useful, they have a washing machine on-site for an extra charge which is useful for extra long stays, my airconditioning in my room was broken and staff offered to change my room, I chose to remain in my room but the offer was still there.

My stay here was average due the fact that the air con was not working my entire stay (1 week) but it was on the cooler side so I was able to open the window for air flow. Another thing that made my stay average was nearing to the end my room key kept locking me out of my room, and when I went to reception it was like my name disappeared out of the system because they had my name attached to another room that I was not staying in, lastly on my last night they had reassigned my room to another guest and while asleep the guest tried gaining access to my room, luckily I had another added layer of protection on the door they could not enter. All and all the property is clean, staff was friendly and welcoming and the property is a bout a 10 minute walk to the train station .

Séjour pas du tout reposant , je suis venu deux jours pour déconnecter un peu mais c'est sans compter l'alarme incendie qui a retenti à 1:40 du matin dans tout l'hôtel et dans chaque chambre individuelle ( une alarme au dessus du lit et une autre dans la salle de bain!) me réveillant en sursaut obligé d'évacuer. Deuxième nuit rebelote à 21:30! Cette fois l'excuse un client z fait chauffer un truc trop lgtps dans le four à micro ondes. Mais leur four micro onde est défaillant puisque moi même je m'en suis servi et ça a créé de la fumé . Leur matériel est défectueux est impossible de recevoir ne serai qu'une compensation pour tout se désagrément. Le bac de douche était juste dégueulasse avec des marques indélébile. Bref malgré un personnel très gentil je n'ai pas du tout aimé la façon dont on a répondu quand j'ai demandé un geste. Un hôtel est fait pour se reposer peut importe que se soit de leur faute ou non deux nuits de suite c'est juste inadmissible.

Bon séjour a l'appart hotel cependant pas très pratique pour le repas car il y a de quoi réchauffer mais pas beaucoup de place pour manger a part sur le bureau. Parking plein a notre arrivée nous avons du nous garer sur les places à proximité payantes. Hormis cela rien a dire chambre spacieuse très grand lit et propreté impeccable

Gutes, sauberes Zimmer mit sehr guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. 20 Minuten mit dem Zug von der Innenstadt entfernt - Entfernung zum Bahnhof ca 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Vorort bietet sehr gute Bäckereien und ist sehr nett zum spazieren.

Le secteur est hyper agréable. Je n’avais pas l’impression d’être en région parisienne. J’ai découvert Nanterre et franchement sympa. Le parking sous terrain sécurisé avec un ascenseur accessible direct dans les couloirs est top. Et bonne surprise, bénéficier du parking n’est pas un tarif supplémentaire.
