We had an amazing stay here at FOS suite. Everything looks like on the pictures. The pool is great, clean and big enough. The accommodation is very clean and gets cleaned every other day during the stay. The kitchen is small and rather a kitchenette with coffee machine, water cooker and two stoves. Making easy food and basic breakfast is definitely doable. The host Konstantina was super kind and it was easy to communicate with her. She checked on us regularly. We felt very well looked after. The accommodation is close enough to walk to the main street in Nikiti with shops and restaurants as well as to the Nikiti beach but far enough from it to have a quiet stay. We would definitely recommend this place. We stayed with one child in the junior suite looking at the pool.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. The biggest issue was the location. The hotel is situated directly next to a busy main road with constant traffic, which was not obvious from the photos. We had a room with a pool view. The windows faced directly onto the pool area, where people were constantly sitting and walking by. As a result, we had to keep the curtains closed almost all the time because there was virtually no privacy. The room itself was spacious, with a nice design and high ceilings. However, there was a serious problem with ventilation. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, and the keys had simply been left in the room. The room smelled strongly of sewage. After running the ventilation, the smell became more tolerable, but every time we left and came back, it returned. This made the stay quite uncomfortable. Cleanliness was also an issue. I found a large clump of blonde hair in the bed that clearly did not belong to us. It was late at night, so we had to deal with it ourselves. It's a shame because the room has potential, but the lack of privacy, persistent sewage smell, and cleanliness issues outweighed the positives.

The property was brand new and modern. The rooms were stylish and minimalist, which we really liked. Pool area was pretty! The price was very reasonable. We stayed here for a couple of nights in two rooms before moving to a beachfront resort with a private beach and pool. This place was perfect for that: it offered good value and was ideal for a short stay. The location is right next to a main road. This is visible on the map when booking, so it wasn’t a surprise and we weren’t expecting a beachfront location or anything similar. It’s just something worth keeping in mind, as it is a busy road. You have restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance. There are still a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping should be provided daily. The main entrance was often left unlocked, and when we returned to the hotel in the evenings, we ended up locking it ourselves. It would make the property feel much more secure if the main entrance required a code, key card, or another access system.

Vi hade tyvärr en ganska blandad upplevelse av vår vistelse. Det fanns vissa saker som fungerade bra, men tyvärr upplevde vi också problem som påverkade helhetsintrycket. Det största problemet var badrummet. Vattnet från duschen spred sig över hela golvet och ända fram till toaletten, vilket var både opraktiskt och obehagligt. Dessutom var det en tydlig och stark lukt av mögel i boendet, något som störde oss under vistelsen. När vi uppmärksammade problemen och bad om att få byta rum kom personalen till rummet för att se situationen. Tyvärr var det inte möjligt att ordna ett annat rum under vår vistelse. Personalen bekräftade däremot att problemen skulle ses över inom kort, vilket vi uppskattar. Det förändrar dock tyvärr inte den upplevelse vi faktiskt hade under vår vistelse. Sammanfattningsvis var vistelsen inte helt tillfredsställande för oss, framför allt på grund av problemen med badrummet och den starka mögellukten. Vi uppskattar att personalen tog sig tid att komma och se över situationen, men eftersom problemen kvarstod under vår vistelse påverkade de tyvärr helhetsintrycket.

Otelin yeri ana cadde üzerinde, belirli zamanlarda trafik yoğunluğu sebebi ile gürültü oluşabilir ama ben havuza bakan tarafta kaldığım için problem olmadı. Merkeze ve tüm sithonia beachlerine ulaşım kolaydı. Yeni, temiz ve modern bir bir odaydı.. etrafta son derece bakımlıydı. Konstantina ve tenizlik görevlisi hanım sın derece yardımseverdi. Kaldığım oda akt katta olduğu için biraz karanlıktı ama ışıklarla idare ettim. Tüm gün çalıştığım için sessiz bir çalışma ortamı buldum. Teşekkürler

Banyoda küf ve rutubet kokusu war, bahçede havuz kenarında fare war. Ayrıca odaların 2-3günde bir temizlenmesi yanlış bir uygulama, sonuçta havlularda kirleniyor. Düzenli temizlik olması gerekiyor. Eğer nespresso makinesi odaya konmuşsa günlük kapsül kahve de bırakılmalı, içecek su da bırakılmalı. Yoldan çok gürültü geliyor.

Temizlik 2 günde bir yapılıyormuş, banyoda gider kokusu vardı, odalarda dolap yok kıyafetleri koyacak yer yok bu çok önemli bir sorun. Yol kenarı geceleri gürültülü motorlar uyandırıyor. Tesis güvenli bir ortamı yok, herkes girebilir. Havuz güzel ama bir daha kalmayız memnun kalmadım önermiyorum.
