The room was clean, it served its purpose, however, the area was a bit sketchy, a lot of drug users in the area.

Nice stay
真實評價

6/10 不錯

I think the issue was with the air conditioning most likely. It worked fine, but I think it was leaking. I walked in the room when I first arrived and it was very musty. When I walked near the AC the carpet was wet enough to soak my socks. I didn't complain as it was 1:00 am and I checked out at 7:30 am. Otherwise nice friendly staff, comfortable bed.

They need to update their rooms bathrooms. Everything in my bathroom was broke , toilet, tub drain and air conditioning was leaking on floor

Front desk girl named Chai was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff member. She was the best at making sure you had a pleasant stay! Nice outdoor pool but a lot for stairs to get to front desk. Hotel is located behind the Radisson Hotel Louisville North which I stayed at the night before. I preferred this hotel over the Radisson, especially with the money you save.

Yes everything was fine for a one night stay. Nothing fancy but we just needed a bed for a night so it worked out fine.

The room was ok nothing like the website portrayed. The staff was friendly. I had to pay a $50 deposit incase any damages were done to the room which I've never had to do. I better not see that charge on my card. I won't be returning.

Staff was amazing. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the division from derby to Radisson.
真實評價

It was ok, the room was pretty clean and nice and cool. There was a lot of trash in the hallways that was picked up. An old property in need of fixing up. Check in process was very smooth and staff was friendly.

Yes us and the kids loved the pool area and had a blast on our trip.
真實評價

4/10 尚可

Our room was very dirty, upon arrival the room had a very strong smell of mold/mildew. There was absolutely no blanket on the bed, whatsoever, only a few flat sheets, (bed was clean tho), staff stated they were short on bedding due to laundry issues; also, Hotels.com listing states there’s an in-room microwave, several other amenities that were non existent or out of service. We were relying on a microwave (IN the room) but had to go to the main front desk every single time we wanted to heat food just to use the microwave (RIGHT beside check-in), it was very awkward and uncomfortable for us to have to do that, as we were there for several days. There was blood on the window shade, and black mold in the shower and in the shower liner.

Not very clean, and if you are expecting the normal expectation of service goals, it is not at this place. This is a very low class when you don’t have enough money this is where you stay at.
