The hotel was very conveniently located in district 1 with lots of nice restaurants nearby and walking distance to many attractions. It was in a very quiet location and clean and comfortable.The staff were super friendly helpful! Emily, Brenda and Hob went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh food and options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Ho Chi Minh City.

ロビーには良い香りがあり，スタッフは笑顔で，ロビーではコーヒーが飲めて，部屋は広く，タオルは清潔で，文句がありません。今回は部屋に蚊がいて刺された事くらいです。あとはシャワーの温水が熱すぎてちょうど良い温度に調整が難しいというのはベトナムあるあるです。 モーニングブッフェも4つ星に近い内容で，特にホテル味のフォーが美味しいです。ウェスタンスタイルの朝食は5つ星以外はどうにもならないのはどのホテルも同じです。スクランブルエッグや洋食が正しく作れなくてもこの値段では十分良いと思います。 きっとまた泊まると思います。姉妹店のKin hotelにも泊まってみようかと思います。この界隈ではシルバーランドに近い内容ですが，安くて部屋が広いので非常に良いと思います。

The InterContinental is the only other Hotel I have stayed at three times. Clearly, Hotel Nik is not a Five Star facility, but it exceeds expectations with an exceptionally trained staff across reception, luggage, housekeeping, and importantly, breakfast. (The only thing that would improve what is a fantastic breakfast buffet would be the inclusion of a proper juice bar). While I want a sense of adventure during my Vietnam travels, it is also true that when at my hotel, I want to feel safe, welcome, very comfortable, well fed for brekkie, and in a location convenient to the hot spots for eating and getting around: Hotel Nik achieves all these things. The staff are the most genuine I've met not just for greeting or check-in, but across the entire operation of the hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nik Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Emily, Shen, Victor, and Linh who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and for their kindness and attention to detail. Their efforts truly made my experience memorable. The location is also fantastic as it is conveniently close to popular landmarks like Ben Thanh Market and the Opera House—making it convenient for exploring. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our stay here was perfect and I would thoroughly recommend it as your base when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Emily and the team were wonderful - anything you could possibly need, they were always on hand and consistently went above and beyond. We had originally booked different accommodation which was stressfully cancelled as soon as we landed from the UK. We then stayed somewhere else for the first night which was truly horrendous, so we arrived here already feeling quite deflated… but the moment we got to The NiK Hotel, everything changed. It was absolutely perfect. We booked a Premier Double Room on the 10th floor and it was gorgeous. I later mentioned I preferred a different rooms view (I saw it when they were cleaning) and they immediately moved me - with a smile and making it feel like no trouble at all. Breakfast was good - not a huge amount of options (I’m vegetarian) but the fruit was very fresh and they’ll make eggs how you choose, breakfasts and brunch spots in HCM are always my preference but if you’re in a rush - you have everything you’d need to start the day. I would’ve loved a few more coffee options, but that’s really being picky. I believe they’re adding a pool in the summer, which will make it even better for those hot days. Location-wise, it’s ideal - everything is within walking distance or a quick Grab ride away. Overall, amazing value for money in a perfect area. If we come back to Ho Chi Minh City, we will 100% be staying here again
