Difficult to locate as signage is not erected yet but good location for easy access to Fiona Stanley hospital. Brekky was ample with cereals, juices, yoghurt, breads,muffins, croissants, fruit and eggs. Newish hotel so everything in good condition. Some travellers were a bit noisy coming home late but not the hotels fault. Security access codes issued for entry after 5 pm. Close to Bunnings, cellarbrations, eateries. Mayasian and thai restaurants at Hamilton hill are both good value and yummy. Heading back again a few weeks.

So bad we looked but didn’t stay. It’s essentially a converted shed with parking in a public carpark. Basic would be overstating it. We needed a place to work but the listed facilities aren’t available to use until later in the day. Receptionist said she would cancel the booking but didn’t.

Minimal breakfast gluten free almost non existent The bathroom tiles need to be changed as they had spots and looked dirty but fortunately they weren’t. Staff very helpful. Difficult finding the place . The Hotel needs a big sign as it can get very frustrating finding especially at night.
