Quality place in mancora. Decent space to relax in. Really sound and friendly staff and owners.

We chose not to stay there because the owner was rude, and the pictures did not accurately represent the property.

Despite the pictures and online description looking appealing, the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was no running water at first. There was no air conditioning, no proper fan, and the heat inside the room was unbearable. Even after requesting a fan, it did not cool the room enough to make the stay comfortable. There were bugs throughout the property, which made the situation even worse. The bathroom door would not lock properly, and overall the place felt very poorly maintained and nothing like what was advertised. The staff was not available upon arrival, and the only person who assisted appeared to be another guest staying at the property. There was no proper check-in process, no ID verification, and it did not feel secure or professionally managed. There was also no refrigerator or basic amenities such as cold water available. The entire experience felt far below acceptable standards for a property being advertised as a comfortable stay. Because of the conditions, I had to leave the property the very same day and book another hotel nearby called Suites Del Mar just to have a comfortable and safe place to stay. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The pictures and descriptions online were very misleading, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
