Mycket bra läge gång avstånd till typ allt pluss nära till bussar. Restauranger precis utanför. Bra luftkonditionering. Hjälpsam personal. Ett okej boende helt enkelt.

Henkilökunnalta sai hyviä ravintolasuosituksia. Alakerran vesi- ja mehu- ja kahviautomaatti olivat käteviä ja ilmaisia majoittujille. Huoneen ilmastointi oli todella tehokas.

Clean room but the hallway light never turned off. The wifi was extremely spotty for each room having its own dedicated WiFi. The ac was nice! The stairs to get up to ours were dangerous but ok. Decent for 3 nights but GREAT location

The room was perfect, the location is near to all main attractions of the city and is 15 minutes away from the train station.

Property was located in great part of town with restaurants and cafes right outside the door. It’s currently being remodeled but it didn’t really affect our stay.

Amei e recomendo

Great location. Helpful staff. It was unfortunate that the air conditioning wasn’t working or fixed while we were there. Very nice to have free coffee and juice in the reception area.

This is a wonderful place! The highlight was the great staff, but everything was excellent. Location is important and Boboli has an ideal spot in Florence. It’s literally a few minutes from the Ponte Vechio and the tourist attractions, yet not nearly as hectic and overcrowded. Plus there are plenty of good restaurants just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not what you would expect from a typical hotel but that’s not what you’re going to Italy for, is it?

Overall, the place was very dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere. The shower did not drain properly and was so small you could barely turn around in it.

Room was clean. Had AC. Had free juice, coffee and capachinos. Hot water. Great location. Staff was amazing.

Place was in the heart of Florence. Room was clean. Lift was small for large luggage. Don’t bring a car. Parking is a challenge to find.

No coffee in the room. The rooms are extremely outdated. Our bathroom reeked of sewage smell and the water in the shower won’t drain. Our AC leaked tons of water. The receptionist was very sweet but the property is terrible. The only good things about the place are Selena and the location, that’s it!

A Selena, recepcionista, foi otima. Super prestativa. O quarto bem limpo.

If you are happy with basic accommodation with a good size room, with lots of cupboards and drawers, in a great location, this may be for you. The free coffee and juice machines in the foyer mean you will never be without something to drink.Things to watch out for... staff who promise to always be there and are never spotted again, brick flooring leading to a slightly damp feel to anything left out of cupboards, mosquitos, a very tight fit to sit straight on the loo and wifi but no Internet. This meant we couldn't plan, or use the TV. And we couldn't speak with the staff!

Very difficult to find this property. The pictures posted on the website do not match the quality of room expected. Staff only available from 10am til 7pm.Shower stall in the bathroom very small. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Pillows on the bed very uncomfortable. This property was on the third floor of a building above residential properties. It was very loud throughout the night. Doors closing, banging noise like construction and loud conversations until 1am. Staff at check in friendly.
