We love staying at Roost Rainey! Pool and pool bar staff were so nice! We love the ceiling fan in the bedroom! We also love the location and being right in the middle of everything Rainey Street has to offer! Will definitely be back!

Place was spectacular. However when we walked in the lace smelled horrible almost like a dog that was dirty and possibly used the restroom several times. Other than that place was awesome.

This property is absolutely stunning. Great, walkable location- beautiful amenities including an amazing fitness center and spa. Off one start as it is advertised as a luxury stay- while the amenities are certainly high end this is an apartment style stay with little in terms of actual luxury support (I.e. bellman, late checkout, concierge, etc). Overall would recommend!

Probably one of the most fun, amazing, clean, hip places I have ever stayed! From the Nest candle burning in the lobby, to the cute coffee shop downstairs, work out facility (including work out classes that are available to hotel guests), to the well thought out work spaces, this place is top notch. Can't wait to stay there again.
