The hotel staff were all super friendly & responsive. I got get quick replies to my questions & concerns before arriving & during my stay. We were out most days and always came back to a clean room (with refilled water!).
It's in a great spot to walk around Juarez and Roma Norte; it's a 15-20 minute walk to multiple markets & a little further to the historic city center. There are also plenty of options for food, drinks, and sweets close by if you don't want to venture far. The main noise we experienced was weekday morning traffic & weekend night restaurant music, but neither was disruptive. The hotel itself is quiet since it's only 20ish rooms across three floors, but the common areas are echo-y when there is noise. The non-suite room was a tighter fit than expected for two people, but it was still a pleasant space. The king bed had a wonderfully firm mattress. The room had nice little touches, including a personalized note, a basket of complimentary mini treats, and a big bouquet of flowers.
The main drawback was the bathroom. The small glass wall didn't prevent water from the shower from splashing out onto the floor. The small fan was no match for the humidity, so basically every surface in the bathroom was wet for a while after someone showered. There was also little counter space (only the small sink) and no shelves in the shower to place bottles, etc. while showering. But these were inconveniences, not deal breakers. Overall: would recommend for a short trip!
