A new establishment and isn’t even on Google Maps yet, good food, Courteous staff. It is the best location if you don’t mind walking to centre of the city which is about 2 kms. It suited us as we are avid walkers. Reasonably price for the season. When we could not go for breakfast because of the early bus tours, staff suggested and packed us breakfast. It’s near a stadium and 5 minutes walk to the Drumcondra train station. Loved it.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and, overall, had a good experience. The room was a little crowded, but it still felt personal and comfortable. The food was good, which added to the positive experience. Unfortunately, I did find hair in and on the toilet, which was disappointing, especially in a new hotel. I hope the housekeeping team can pay closer attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in the cleaning standards.

Excellent hotel room on 6th floor with nice view. Very modern room with the most comfortable bed and and bathroom with walk in rain shower and top of range toiletries. Breakfast good choice buffet style and quality food very modern seating area. Food area got a bit too busy about 8.30am and difficult to use toaster and coffee machines due to guests having to queue to use toaster.

This is a brand new hotel (only open 2 1/2 months). The facility is very modern. Though the room was a bit small, the bathroom was roomy and the beds were perfect.

Had issues with noise from the bathroom on the first night and it went on for two consecutive nights after reporting it to reception. Then last night the air con starting going off very load again reported it but was leaving them and seemed to be just fobbed off every time. However the food, room, location is lovely. I’m just waiting to hear back from someone about the three nights no sleep.

Notre séjour en famille a été excellent de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. L'hôtel venait d'ouvrir depuis peu : il est magnifique. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et compétent. Le service de restauration est lui aussi parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est très bien placé pour visiter Dublin : 10 min en taxi pour l'hyper centre, il ne faut pas hésiter à utiliser les taxis les chauffeurs sont extrêmement sympathiques et de bons conseils, du jamais vu durant nos différents voyages !

Excellent stay! The hotel is modern, new, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
