Probably the nicest La Quintas I’ve ever stayed at. Although the outside is hardly recognizable, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good! Even though the neighborhood might look a little shaky it’s just NY! A handy store is in easy walking distance too.

So central. LIRR across the street goes direct to either Penn Moynihan or Grand Central. Busses can take you to Flushing or Forest Hills. Primark just a couple of blocks away along with other well priced retailers. JFK just a short shuttle train away to escape Trumpland. Great breakfast with shockingly good coffee.

Location it is strategic due to Jamaica Station to go anywhere in NY very director and fast. AirPort Airtrain hora director and safe ay anytime. From station to hotel are 150mts, not the most beautiful walk but not dangerous at all. Hotel is wonderfull , clean, confortable Room and great breakfast ! I will Stay there next time for sure!

We needed a hotel close to the airport and this met our needs. We had a large room, with full walls of windows…which we loved even though the view was of a huge construction pit. The location was absolutely “Queens by the airport” but we appreciated the proximity to the airport train and there were definitely great local food options. And the staff was helpful and available at 4AM. The only callout was the super loud air conditioning unit…and since we were in NY during the summer when it was 95+ degrees, not running it was not an option.
