Gostei muito de conhecer o charlie. Encontrei um ape novinho sem nenhum problema maior. Minha única reclamação é a limpeza do quarto, mais especificamente o chão, ninguém limpa, só um tapa e passa para o próximo. No mais as roupas de cama e toalhas são padrão hotel. A estrutura do ape muito melhor do que um hotel, devo ressaltar. Check in muito fácil e sem problemas, prédio com reconhecimento facial muito fácil para acessar.

Apartamento estava imundo. Chão cheio de cabelos, sujeira e pó por todos os lados. Travesseiro com cheiro de suor forte. Enfim, uma pena porque tinha tudo para ter sido uma hospedagem perfeita!

Minha experiência deixou a desejar. O banheiro tinha o ralo completamente obstruído por cabelos, o que impedia o escoamento da água até que a sujeira fosse removida. Os registros do chuveiro eram confusos de usar. A varanda estava com muita poeira e havia sujeira embaixo da cama. Além disso, o check-in demorou bastante e o quarto só foi liberado após eu entrar em contato com a propriedade. No geral, acredito que a limpeza e a organização do processo de check-in precisam de mais atenção.

Hospedagem muito boa, condizente com o anúncio. Localização ótima, com metrô e comércios muito próximos. Apenas uma ressalva para a nota 4: o vaso sanitário apresentava problemas (estava entupido, mas não tinha nada, apenas água). O contato com o anfitrião foi fácil (via Wpp, uma empresa, especificamente, mas com atendentes). Enviaram um prestador de serviços terceirizado bem rápido, não demorou nem 10min pra chegar. Ele resolveu o problema de imediato, mas no dia seguinte o vaso sanitário apresentou o mesmo problema. Então acredito que seja algo específico do apartamento, encanamento. Enfim, relato apenas para a hospedagem tomar conhecimento e os hóspedes saberem como proceder caso aconteça. Mas tirando isso, recomendo a hospedagem, muito boa! Limpa, segura, TV grande, ar condicionado, banheiro muito bom, espaço muito bom para um casal. Localização ótima! Recomendo!
