Beach and swimming pool were very amazing and good, staff was great and cooperative, room is old furnished and also bathroom, towels were very old and not very clean, food were so good

Very large complex that aligns with the resort end the palace section. The grand hotel part is close to the beach with lots of space at the beach. For us the only plus. We booked all inclusive, expected all inclusive but only got restricted inclusive. That is a showstopper for me. Small glasses, poor drink service and poor quality of food. The staff is friendly and helpful though, but if you want the right quality I think you need to be at the palace section.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained but the inside is terrible. The inside needs to be renovated. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Very thanx to all staff. They was very helpful with me special to mr Mustafa and mis hyam in the resecption. The food was very amazing and iam thankful mr mohamed moawd in the resturant. It was happy stay for me and my familly Good beach and the pool was clean

There is no pharmacy inside the hotel. The evening shows were good Not equipped by wheelchairs and ramps to move around freely without any stairs objections. Staff is courteous. Good food.

Siisti hotelli kuuluu isompaan kompleksiin. Rauhallista, kiva puutarha. Ranta on leveä. Huone ok mutta oli vaikea säädä lämpötila. Suihku oli aika huono. Aamiainen ok.
