I was skeptical of this property because it was priced so affordabably. We were pleasantly suprised to arrive and find a recently renovated property that was cleaner than many higher end chain hotels. There rooms had everything they promised, and some of the furniture is older, but the beds are comfortable and all the bedding and towels seemed new and very clean. We didn’t hear any noise during our stay. It was a great value for us.

My room was very clean and comfortable. Checkin was a breeze. The staff eere friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and they had most everything you might. expect. Parking tended to be full at night but I did have somewhere to park. I would gladly stay there again. And no, I do not know anyone associated with the property.

Breakfast items limited; no fruit, yogurt. Bad tasting coffee. Clean rooms but smelled musty. AC kept room temp cool but still very humid/sticky. We appreciate in room fridge. Staff nice. Beds VERY firm. Towels small and not soft. Parking great. Perfect proximity to SHSU. Inexperience in comparison to other hotels nearby.
