El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la playa. Tiene estacionamiento.
Las habitaciones son sencillas, están bien y son cómodas.
El personal es amable.
La alberca es vieja y está descuidada. Es muy pequeña.

No good place
Is the worse place I had been, they offer continental breakfast and that’s not true, they have just juice, ugly coffee and hard bread. The only good thing was the location, close to the beach

The hotel is one block away from the beach and 10 min walking from the aquarium. The staff is friendly. We have an issue with one of our rooms, it has a sewage smell, they tried to put some chemicals and air freshener but it didn't help. I requested for another room and the morning shift receptionist was very helpful. She even manage to provided us a room close to the rest of our party. The breakfast service in the hotel it is OK

VERY HONEST REVIEW *Aug.02, 2018*
It is close to the beach...
Oxxo, McDonalds, La Parrilada... a block away...
Great city view from 4th floor...
Hotel pretty basic... almost like a cheap Motel...
AC worked great... beds were hard (don't expect comfort if you have back problems)...
Morning staff is very rude... Afternoon staff a lot better...
Continental breakfast is crap... just a flavored orange juice, 1 pan dulce (if they don't run out), and a tasteless coffee...
Swimming pool... *never was the water changed during my stay 7/31 - 8/02...*
Over all for a few extra dollars, I assure you can get a much better deal...

nice hotel, close to the beach. the staff is good and for the price it was all that I needed. The only thing that really bugged me is that the owner is really rude to his staff, he needs to treat them better. he needs to take a course or soemthing. I could never work for a guy like that. But if you dont care about that kind of stuff, then I recoomend this hotel.

Just basic. If you are driving, you might want to park in front of the hotel rather than in the garage. Vehicles are parked in a single line in the garage and if you need to go out early the next day it does take a while to remove all the cars parked behind you. There was no mosquito netting on the bathroom window.

Near the beach and a great cafe
Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Although the a/c in my room (room 405) did not work so well because the unit was extremely old and did not seem to be placed in the window correctly, the staff finally managed to rummage up a fan which helped a great deal. Wi fi was so-so, which could have been my laptop. I couldn't pick up the wi fi signal on my laptop yet could on my ipad. Pool area was small but clean and nice. They are currently renovating a pool on the roof. When that is finished, it will be fabulous! The tv service was excellent with a great variety of programs. And the location is perfect. We were close to a cute little beach, the aquarium, a bunch of restaurants and shops and the perfect little cafe (Delicious Coffee) just down the street. Hot water was unreliable. One morning it was so scalding, the next morning there was practically none at all. The elevator was wonderful. In that kind of heat, I didn't want to climb 4 flights of stairs. They also let us check out a little later so we wouldn't have a long time to wait for our bus. I would stay here again for the price I got on hotels.com but not the price on Ziami's website.

Great Vacation Spot
The hotel was very clean with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The rooms we also very cool with the heat and humidity outside so that was a plus. The pool was a bit small but the beach is less than a block away. Also, downtown is only a five to ten minute taxi ride or a nice long evening walk along the gulf. There is a pizza restaurant a few buildings down from the hotel that has amazing brick oven pizza. This was a very enjoyable trip.

MY BUDDY & I STAYED THERE 3 TIMES AND IT IMPROVES EVERY TIME. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THERE WAS A SEWER GAS SMELL IN THE BATH ROOM. LYSOL SPRAY KEPT THE ODER DOWN.
THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL & THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY GOOD.

Good for the price, but would not stay here again
The room was albeit clean, the bed sheets had dry spills from I don't know what. The bed was like a rock, and although the hotel provided with a pitcher for water, the pitcher was full of ants.
The bathroom was clean though, and the location perfect if you want to visit the aquarium.

All right for a night
Hot water with good pressure; large shower. Within two blocks to aquarium and beach. Working elevator. However, there was no double bolt on the door, and the air conditioner was loud and air could not be directed from blowing right on the bed. Small pool, cloudy water. Generally speakering, minimalistic.

One Block from Ocean.
Great location one block from beach- two blocks from Aqurium. It is not located in the down town area but the the bus stop on th malecon takes you down town & all the way to Rio Boca. Not luxuious by any means but a great value for the price. If you can a room on the 4th or higher floor you will have a ocean view. Pleanty of eats within a one block radius. For the price I would recomend.

well worth the money
This is a old hotel very close to the beach. We had a room on the 6th floor with a great view of downtown and the beach. It also had garage parking that was a big bonus for our packed car.
