I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. The staff always ready to help. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The Hammam massage was brilliant at the spa. The hotel grounds were well kept, with plenty amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Where it fell down for us was the room. It was big, spacious and had the potential to be 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and damp with mildew on the ceiling. No aircon or heating. The toilet was leaking and the tiled floor throughout made it very cold. We could hear our neighbours talking and closing doors like they were in our room! And we were backed with the car park to some noisy cars and people coming home late at night. It does not compare to the pictures online and fell short of our expectations for a 5 star hotel stay to celebrate a birthday.

A total mixed bag! The good - the staff here are lovely, a specific shout out to the lovely man who looks after the pool and sports. He’s kind, friendly, fun and helpful to adults and engaging to kids. Location is good, it felt safe, quiet, and yet is walkable to all main amenities and if you don’t want to walk taxis are easily available The bad, which sadly outways the good- We had to change room due to balcony doors which didn’t lock (they must have known, the handle was hanging off!). We changed room and I found a massive pile of hair pulled from the plug hole and left in the side, yet I’d seen the cleaner cleaning the room The breakfast is sooooo poorly organised. There is cereal but no milk until you ask for it. It’s warm. Then you have to ask for a spoon. The hot drink machine is sporadic. Its opening times are 7-10am however you can arrive at 8.30 and no tables are laid, half the food isn’t out/ready. It felt like hard work Pool towels are ragged and frayed The pool is a real feature of the hotel, and lovely…..until it turned bright green and had floating mold in it. When I mentioned h the is to reception she twice denied it until another staff agreed with me. It wasn’t a little bit of mold/algae, it was unswimable and they started draining it! If you can stay here for a bargain, do it as rooms were nice, I’m sure the pool will be soon sorted….. but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Too many problems. More 2 star than 5

My stay at Hotel Prestige in Agadir was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and relaxing, with stunning fountains and a massive pool area that really gives luxury vibes. The poolside bar was one of my favourite spots, serving delicious cocktails in such a great atmosphere. When it comes to the staff and service, everything was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and every staff member I passed made me feel welcome. The hospitality here is truly on another level. I felt so comfortable during my stay that I genuinely didn’t want to leave. My suite was beautiful, spacious and very affordable for the quality and comfort provided. You can really see the strong leadership of Mohamed, the Deputy General Manager, because the excellent customer service reflects throughout the entire team. I had booked and paid for a suite facing the resort, instead I got a standard room facing the street. When I pointed this out, they said I got what I paid for, that it was wrong on hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel.

We were practically ignored at check inn. No welcome drink, no information passed about the facilities. Bags searched by security upon entering hotel. Security marched me to reception and spoke to 3 staff members in local language making me feel like a criminal for bringing a bottle of coke into the hotel. Every time i tried to order something from room service ie 20 pound bottle of wine, the phone would ring 10 mins later saying out of stock but we can have the 40 pound bottle instead. Signs outside hotel telling you you are not allowed to bring any food or alcohol back to your room. This was not advertised anywhere on Hotel.com website or if it was i would never have booked. I will never use Hotels.com again and will book through a travel agent in future.

One of the biggest highlights is its amazing location, the beach is just a very short walk away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sea whenever you feel like it. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. My room was cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything else I needed. Their friendliness added a personal touch that made the experience even better. I also loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was. We stayed in November 2025 so most definitely not during the peak season. Upon check in we had to wait nearly an hour as our reservation was ‘not on the hotel system’ I booked a balcony room with view of the court yard and was ‘upgraded’ to what felt like an inferior ground floor room with the car park right outside. This didn’t feel right for price paid and sounded like they had over booked. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and gym was closed without communication before our arrival as the gym was a pushing factor to book. Catering was in my opinion very expensive for the quality and very limited for vegetarians. I was unimpressed to be charged 30 dirham for a coffee in a ‘5 star hotel’ whilst having dinner. The room was comfyand well maintained by the house keeping crew who were lovely. I requested a king size bed and instead had two singles pushed together which had a tendency to drift apart as the beds were on wheels. The shower lacked any ventilation or window so the whole room was damp and musty. Big shout out to the pool guy who ensured guests by the pool were looked after and kept the area tidy. Plus the door staff who were friendly and greeted you everytime. The games room was a nice touch with a full size snooker table. The location was excellent with an easy 5 minute walk to the sea front with bars and amenities to enjoy. Be forewarned, there are two night clubs located in the hotel but thankfully they were not open during our stay.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la plage,de petits commerces, restos et à seulement 2-3 kms d une zone commerciale et du grand souk.Le personnel très accueillant , souriant mais pas toujours très réactif (chambre faite tardivement ou oubli de commande de boissons à la piscine).Le gros point faible est certainement le petit déjeuner : pas de grille pain,pas toujours de beurre,de chocolat à tartiner,aucune anotation sur ce qui est proposé,jus d'orange très "léger", aucun produit "sans gluten"( ne serait ce que du pain sans gluten ou du lait végétal !!) pas d' initiative du personnel ( obligé de réclamer des serviettes de table,des cuillères..) Les chambres sont très spacieuses, bien équipées mais les draps,les serviettes de toilette ( comme celles de la piscine ) n' ont certainement pas été renouvelés depuis très longtemps ( élimées et grisâtres !!) Autour de la piscine : beaucoup de transats mais pas assez de matelas 🙄 Une salle de sport qui devait être en fonction fin avril ( date de notre 1 er séjour) et qui ne l' est toujours pas fin mai !! Bref,cet hôtel justifierait ses 5 étoiles si tous ces points négatifs étaient pris en considération par la direction.
