Partial beach view. Poor internet. Very few amenities. Bar and restaurant closed until 5:30pm. No drinking water in the unit or available on site.

There was no check-in communication. We had a to wait outside the locked property until a stranger opened the gate and then ask another guest to point us in the right direction. Finally a "cleaner" helped us into our apartment. Sadly, the apartment wasn't cleaned and there stains in the bathroom and bed sheets and mold on the bed pillows. For the amount we paid, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Todo está bien con la ubicación, y las instalaciones del hotel, la habitación muy amplia y excelente para varias personas, camas, baños, tv, todo bien. Solo que en la sala no cuentan con aire acondicionado, y solo esta un ventilador que no funciona, en la recamara está otro ventilador que si funciona, y un aire acondicionado qué enfría muy poco, y cada que salíamos de la habitación, el personal nos apagaba el aire, así que llegabas de la calle y estaba medio caliente. Todo esto del ventilador y el aire se lo hice saber al contacto que tenía junto con que el Internet es medio inestable, y solo me respondió dos mensajes de WhatsApp, pero nunca hizo nada para solucionarme los detalles de la habitación. En el restaurant que está adentro de este lugar, NO LES RECOMIENDO QUE LO VISITEN, Las personas que están ahí atendiendo, son muy groseras, no te atienden con rapidez, y no te aclaran las cuentas al momento de pagar, ya que no te dan ninguna nota donde tu puedas checar los precios y que tu consumo sea el correcto. Ojala que cambien de personal. En general al lugar le daría del 1 al 10, un 7

The sliding door didn't work. I had to use the patio table's leg to secure the sliding door from being open. I reported the problem to management, hopefully they fix it. Pool was dirty. No gas for stove one night. Price was reasonable. AC worked properly. Bar area next to pool.

El lugar muy tranquilo, agradable, todo estaba limpio, espacioso, dormimos muy bien, porque no había ruido solo el rumor lejano del mar. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos mucho. Seguro regresamos y lo recomendamos ampliamente. Diana estuvo muy atenta a lo que necesitaramos tanto para el uso del espacio como para ubicarnos en el lugar. Gracias por todo!

Desafortunadamente cuando llegue a tomar la reservación me cancelaron por qué en el habitación había fuga de agua, muy amable el chico se ofreció a buscar un hotel pero desafortunadamente me traía de un hotel a otro y ya muy noche no me solucionó el problema tanto fue así que le tuve que comentar que ya dejara de engañarme lamentablemente me enviaba a una casa muy mal y me vi en l necesidad de buscar por mis propios medios ya que llevaba a toda mi familia conmigo incluyendo a un menor hasta el momento no me ha llegado mi reembolso que me dijo que llegaría, trato de contactarlo pero me manda a buzón en estos cso que procedería?
