If you want peace, breathe taking views, food that taste like momma made it and staff who are friendly and cater directly to your needs? Then please visit this location. My birthday was amazing. Rooftop moonlight dinner, drinks upon arrival with a private boat shuttle to the location. Perfect for weddings as well. I will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel, very modern. The property is nice but is a work in progress. Staff was great. Be advise that this property is located on the Northside of Caye Caulker. Which is nice if you like quiet and tranquility. If you want to be amongst the people,they will provide a complimentary ferry to the Southside of the island. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at Zenses! We were up graded to an oceanfront room. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and spacious and house keeping was very attentive. For a Hotel that just opened they are running a tight ship! We look forward to staying there again! We we loved staying on the north side, very peaceful and loved being close to Bliss Beach. We had a golf cart for half the time, but also used the hotels free ferry back-and-forth to the southside.

This place is such a hidden gem due to its newness. Love that it is off on the north island so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but having the luxury of the scheduled ferry boat to take you to the South Island is really great. The room is very clean and modern. Also the bar/restaurant staff are incredible and they have some great eats.

Sort of away from the hustle of a tourist town. So if you want a party place , take the resort shuttle boat into the town. The North island is new and still developing but beautiful if you like peace and quiet!

Fantastic stay for my birthday!! I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The location was the best of both worlds. The staff was amazing and made my birthday so special. The place is beautiful. The only problem is the smell from the sea Moss that gathers on the front, but I don’t see how that can be cleaned up. Other than that, I think the price was perfect for the amenities.

Brand new, clean and very comfortable. A special thanks to all the reception staff who were warmly welcoming, unfailingly cheerful and always helpful. Hotel is away from the 'action', but there is a free, fairly regular ferry to the centre across the Split. And a lovely roof terrace with bar and restaurant to watch the sunset from.

really appreciated my stay at Zenses in Caye Caulker. One of the highlights was the complimentary boat taxi service—it made a huge difference. I preferred staying away from the busier parts of the island, and the boat made it easy and convenient to get around without sacrificing peace and quiet. The property itself was fairly clean and comfortable. However, the food options on-site were quite limited, so I often had to venture out to find meals. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit more removed from the main hustle of Caye Caulker.

Very mixed emotions about Zenses. Now before I go on and explain I want you to know it was low-season when I visited. Pros: Rooms and resort are beautiful. They did an awesome job. Also, the fact they have a shuttle that goes to the South Island is very important. Cons: Unfortunately way too many. Let’s start by saying this is located on the north side which is very desolate compared to the south, but that’s ok because there is still some really fun things to do. Showered the resort charges to use bikes which is a total bummer and do not offer golf cart rentals. The shower lacks any hot water. The floor is super slick when it gets wet. Also, you get one beach towel and 2 waters a day that’s it. Other resorts will replace the towels and provide more water bottles. Having said all this I’m not displeased staying here, but for what they offer they are charging way to much money.
