A last minute booking and half I did for the price it was perfect Breakfast area is nice and with a cute view. My breakfast included with the stay was fresh and delicious. Very attentive staff. I will definitely come back.

Clean rooms, although the one I got was very noisy because of the location. They need to improve the Wi-Fi, put lamps bed side,. Love the staff though, great service (I can't speak well enough of them, made me feel at home), love the fact that they have laundry service. the pool is great but parking can sometimes be challenging, having said that, they are improving the hotel. Great location, definitely one of my favorites for sure. They give you a choice of 5 breakfast so you won't get bored and I was there during the World Cup and the staff was able to play all the games. Hate that I'm not being a gate keeper but was impressed.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious. It could use more parking space. However, everything was within walking distance. The room was clean. Being able to have hot water in the area is a plus. A special thank you to Steven and Emmet. Not sure if I am spelling her name correctly, but they both went above and beyond.. The noise at night was a little bit loud. We had a great time and would go back there again. Thank you.

It was like finding a little tropical paradise hidden in the middle of the city. I travel with kids. The Staff was extra courteous and accommodating to our needs. We checked in at around 10pm and the pool was open till 12 for us. The person in reception had the lights to the pool turn on for us and got us clean towels. The included breakfast was delicious and we only had to buy two more breakfast for our kids. Thank you!

The staff was amazing. People are very friendly. It’s just 3 thing that improve parking somehow I did not agree on. At the bar. They don’t use plastic gloves. It’s not really sanitary serving food not really clean. Second thing. Door does not have a card key has a regular key to lock the door. Does not have refrigerators inside room. And does not have luck to lock up your passport or personal information. But everything else was very good housekeeping excellent floor floors, clean pool good condition. Staff very well. But it needs to be clean at the bar, dishes, and kitchen must use gloves on every use.
