It was just amazing in everything you need. The location of the hotel is superb. The room was very clean and the amenities were more than you think. Two TVs in the room. The staff were very lovely. We were checking in late and their instructions to self-check in was very detailed and helpful with demonstration videos. Would definitely book it again when in Rome.

Great location, very nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, big room and bathroom, but we suposed to booked 3 twin beds and we found 2 twins and one sofa bed. Too old and small elevator, specially with many bags.
真實評價

4/10 尚可

They sell the pictures. The entrance is very scary and dark; the elevator is very old; there are not enough staff; and the cleaning and maintenance were mediocre.

Dale was excellent and super helpful. He made this a good experience. We saw him daily at breakfast and came over to make sure every is ok and to make coffee. He called a taxi for us at departure and we are most thankful. About the property: Its not really a hotel. Its an apartment turned into a few rooms as a hotel. Its on 4th floor. The elevator fits two people and maybe 50yrs old. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortably large. Location is excellent.
