My first time staying in a Hampton Inn but not my last. The staff was very friendly always treating me when ever I passed the desk. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Especially enjoyed having a cup of tea when I returned in the evening from the theater from there 'coffee bar'. Will be gong back again.

Hotel extremely clean - breakfast was more varied than many of the other hotels that we have stayed at. Staff very friendly. The shower stall in the room was huge and smartly designed with the faucet on the opposite wall of the shower head. Would definitely stay there again. Also within walking distance of Utah Shakespeare Festival, restaurants and shops.

We had a fantastic stay! Room was clean and when we walked in the AC was already on so the room was nice and cool and comfortable. Most hotels turn off the fridges which I hate but the fridge at this Hampton was already on and at a premium temperature so my food and drinks stayed cold. The staff was friendly especially the ladies at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast itself was really good. We already have our room reserved for my next nieces wedding in October and I am definitely looking forward to staying there again.

Very clean motel. It was a newly opened motel. Was very disappointed though due to being advertised as having a hot tub and pool. But was new and not open yet. So that was false advertising on expedias end. Other than that it was great.

No heat in the room! Awoke to a room temp. of 67 F . Asked for a different room but was told that unless I was staying for two nights then there were no rooms available for me ! They had experienced heat problems in the past but thought it was fixed. At breakfast everyone had to wear jackets Breakfast had zero non dairy options for food. Worst stay ever in a Hampton in over 25 years of being a Hilton Honors member .
Awoke at 4:40AM to a room temp of 67 degrees.

The shower produced only a small drizzle of water pressure. We reported that to the front desk. We had to kind of run back and forth in order to get wet. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Did have an issue with the thermostat. At first it didn't work, we couldn't turn the temperature down so we ended up turning it off. Next morning I discovered the front plastic plate on the wall control was not firmly pushed in to the wall bracket. When I did that it seemed to work just fine.
