This was an Instagram worthy stay. Very photogenic and fun. My whole family agreed that the beds here were the best beds we’ve ever slept in! It was like sleeping in a cloud, and being able to see the stars from your bed just made it that much better. We enjoyed the private pool and felt very comfortable here. Adding a restaurant to the premises would enhance the overall experience. Also, online mentioned we would have devices in the room to communicate with staff but we needed to install an app we didn’t have on our phones to enable this communication. It was a fun stay close to the National park where we saw wild elephants so we were very happy 🐘😊

Compliments: Exceptional Staff: Every staff member was polite, helpful, and professional. Atmosphere: Beautiful, quiet views and a well-sized pool. Food & Perks: Breakfast exceeded expectations (loved the fruit/milk). The free snacks in the lobby and karaoke were great for the family. Areas for Improvement: Security & Privacy: Locks in 2/4 rooms were broken, causing long delays. Curtains in Bedroom 1 & 2 were too short/narrow, compromising privacy. Hygiene: Bedding was wrinkled and some smelled musty, raising concerns about cleanliness. Common floors were sticky and required re-mopping. Safety Hazards: Pool railings are rusty and sharp. Outdoor wiring looks unsafe (secured with tape), posing an electric shock risk. Broken chairs in the common area should be removed. Bathrooms: Unpleasant odors and poor drainage. Lack of a wet/dry curb makes the floor dangerously slippery. Lighting is too dim for seniors. Maintenance: Fix kitchen sink leaks and provide clothes racks/shelves in every room. Pool & Slide: Add anti-slip strips to the slide and extend the pool ladder deeper for children. Dining: Prices are high.

The resort is not what it is advertised to be. It was built 6 years ago and very obvious has not had any money for maintenance since built. All repairs are very poor patches and not repairs. Check in was OK, but no explanations of anything and asked us for our breakfast choices for everyone before ever seeing a menu. Gave us a key that did not go to anything, just a prop. Only way to communicate with front office and resort is to walk all the way up to front desk or use a Thai app called Line as no phones in rooms and cell service not reliable. Room was very very dirty had only had minimal surface cleaning and never once in 6 years a deep cleaning. The pool light can not be turned off and hence you can not see any stars out of the top room as the pool reflects and blocks all sight out to the sky. Last night we stayed of 3 total nights we came back to the room after getting rained out at an outdoor restaurant and our upstairs room was flooded. We begged and pleaded for help from Resort and all we got was a person that did not speak Thai or English come to the room and give us (2) towels. We moved all bags and did our best to dry out everything and still slept in the room with the floor flooded. We complained the next morning at checkout and spoke to the manager. The Manager of this Resort Does Not Speak Any English. My Thai wife spoke and they said sorry. We then did get communication from them through the Line app and they offered to refund 1 nights stay.

Had a wonderful one-night staycation at one of their Onsen Nordic Suite room, and enjoyed every minute of it - especially the breakfast being brought to the room. There are some maintenance issues with the room, but it didn’t reduce my expectations. I really want to come back again soon.
