We had such a relaxing time at the Iceberg Tahoe. Easy check in, easy check out. The lock on the door is a keypad, which I thought was a great safety feature. Our room was so clean, decorated nicely and so organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. We sat by the firepit at night, nice meeting place with other guests. Pine Trees in the neighborhood are amazing, so big and beautiful. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The owners really make sure your stay is comfortable; they thought of everything! We will be back at some point!

First time staying here for our annual Tahoe trip. I gave 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. Even though there's no staff on-site, just the cleaning staff. They were so wonderful in getting back to us with answers to all of our concerns. The cleaning staff is also super nice. We will stay here again next year.

Excellent location with lots to do nearby. Rooms have been updated in a clean, modern style with coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. Property is well maintained... even though they have implemented a virtual front desk, communication was excellent and the online check-in / check-out process straightforward and easy to follow.

This was the first time I’d ever stayed at a fully remote front desk hotel but couldn’t have had better experience! We had a few mishaps with the code on the door but staff was very speedy as responding to my request and making a change. The room was so clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable! Pretty good location and great parking on site. Would definitely stay here again!
