Nos quedamos mi esposo, mi niño de 3 años y yo embarazada. Al momento de hacer check in no nos mencionaron que durante toda nuestra estancia no habría ningún servicio de comida ya que habían fumigado. Nos dimos cuenta hasta llegar a la alberca y querer pedir de comer, todo estaba cerrado. Fuimos a recepción a preguntar y su única solución fue querer vendernos oreos y electrolit. No hubo una disculpa y el gerente no se presentó. Terminamos teniendo que salir de las instalaciones a buscar comida, cena y desayuno. Íbamos con el objetivo de relajarnos dado nuestra situación, pero terminamos pasando muy poco tiempo en el hotel. Nos fuimos a primera hora al siguiente día.

En general la habitación estuvo bien, solo que no la asean todos los días, como sugerencia, cambiar los tapetes , son muy resbaladizos, pueden provocar un accidente En el restaurante, la comida es buena, solo que hay muchas moscas y esto genera incomodidad, al estar comiendo. Creo que les hace falta más señalizacion y por las noches más iluminación.

A la llegada nos dieron una habitación que tenía algo de polvo, es temporada baja y seguramente no se había usado en semanas, el internet wifi no sirve dentro de las villas, si en el área de hotel, canchas en malas condiciones. Muy atento el personal, nos cambiaron a una habitación del hotel y esa si al 100%, el desayuno buffet muy regular, no compensa el precio con lo ofrecido.

En general bien la estancia , las habitaciones las instalaciones y area comun de el hotel, pero lo que esta pesimo es el restaurant : Muy poca variedad y mala calidad de los alimentos en el bufet de desayuno, muchismas moscas y lo peor es que el personal no trataba de cubrir los alimentos de las moscas, al principio pense que el costo de el desayuno bufet seria bajo tomando en cuenta que es en un hotel, pero al final a pesar que no es alta la cantidad de pago , si es muy caro para la calidad de el mismo.

No nos gustó que nos dieron una cabaña o cuarto en la parte vieja del hotel, de la recepción a la cabaña había que caminar bastante. Al hotel llegamos a las 11 de la mañana y tuvimos que dejar las maletas en la recepción ya que la habitación aún no estaba lista, a las 7 de la tarde que regresamos de un evento nos entregaron la llave, pero no había nadie en el hotel que nos ayudara a llevar las maletas y demás cosas que traíamos al cuarto. A como pudimos, mi esposa y yo, después de tener que hablar a recepción para que mandaran a alguien que nos guiara al cuarto, llegamos, nada agradable el camino cargando las cosas. El cuarto se veía bien, pero el aire acondicionado no servía y hacía un ruido terrible al tenerlo prendido para que echara algo de aire "fresco", lo repartamos y mandaron un guardia, que nada pudo hacer, nos dijo que mantenimiento podía ir hasta el día siguiente, no sirvió de nada. El baño tenía una cucaracha muerta en la regadera y bolas de pelos por el escusado y el piso. La cortina era muy delgada y estaba separada de la ventana por lo que a las 7 de la mañana el cuarto estaba muy iluminado y sin aire acondicionado era un sauna. Pasamos una pésima noche. En la mañana quisimos pedir servicio a la habitación para desayunar, pero el teléfono del cuarto no servía. Marqué de mi celular y me dijeron que no tenían servicio al cuarto porque estaban muy llenos. Pude convencer a la persona y me dijo que se tardaría media hora en llevar café y huevos, fue más de una hora.
