I was expecting a better hotel for the nb of stars and reviews. No clear indication to get to the gym, pool. The sauna was out of duty. Mu air conditionner was leaking a lot: got lot of water on my laptop!!

Estadia tranquila. Apenas o atendimento de um dos funcionarios da recepção foi ruim e demorado. Ja estuve no hotel antes e preciso elogiar a melhora no café da manha e na limpeza no salão de refeições. Havia um funcionario dedidcado a tal tarefa e fez a diferença total para o salao e o buffet estarem limpos e organizados. Parabéns!

Quarto 1301 e todos os outros que ficam nesse andar, ao lado do elevador. Impossivel ter uma estadia confortável. Pra acessar área de lazer que fica no 14o andar, é preciso descer no 13o andar do elevador, para então subir um lance de escada. TODAS as pessoas que acessam a área de lazer, pra voltar para seus respectivos andares precisam pegar elevador no 13o andar, em frente a porta do 1301 e outro 3 quartos que ficam ali.. O tal do ser humano é muito mal educado e o barulho em frente essa porta se torna insuportável. Eu ainda dei mais azar, pois nos dois dias 1 dos elevadores estava quebrado, então o tempo de espera era muito maior, ja que tinha apenas 1 elevador funcionando. Além do tempo ser maior, as pessoas que descem bebadas do bar que tem na cobertura, ficam ainda mais revoltadas com o excesso demora e falam ainda mais alto que o normal. E tuddo isso bem na frente da porta. Ao solicitar troca de quarto para o recepcionista ele praticamente riu da minha cara… Conclusão: fui obrigado a ficar 2 diarias pois ja tinha pago antecipado pelo APP.. e segundo o recepcionista, o hotel estava cheio e não tinha como trocar de quarto. Espero que outras pessoas tenham uma experiência melhor que a minha.
