The hotel is centrally located and has parking which is big commodity in San Miguel. This hotel was formal hacienda turned into a boutique hotel which adds so much character! (dont expect a 5 star hotel in San Miguel, if that is what you want dont go). The hotel can get noisy with the club next door but we loved our stay. The staff are amazing.

Perfect location, safe, small, clean
Lovely ,clean, fabulous service, great courtyard, perfect location for walking in el Centro. Only down side, loud disco thump beat from neighborhood bar late into the night on Friday. Thursday was lovely quiet. No hot water in sink for hubby to shave. Was hott water in shower. Employees were fabulous. Would definitely stay again during week

Great place, right in the center of San Miguel de Allende. Everything is walking distance. Wish the hotel provided more tourist information with a map. But, overall all the staff was friendly and great help. Will recommend to friends and family! 👌

Surely has seen better days
It must have been a great hotel in the past. It needs maintenance and upgrading. The bed was comfortable but way too noisy! Towels were in no decent condition. Bathroom definitely needs upgrading. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Overall size of the rooms and hotel overall were excellent. The location is okay. The reason for just ok is because it is located next to a roof top bar with load music playing till 4AM in the morning. Hard to sleep with so much noise.

It literally looks and feels like an abandoned old house. The bed was clean, but the rest of the room wasn’t (shower, tub, etc.) There was patio furniture simply stacked up and covered, which seemed to have been like that for a long time. There is NO PARKING

The hotel rooms have very ugly finishes, there was no toilet paper accesory for example, and really bad artificial lighting.
The windows block none of the noise from the neighboring night club, problem which they are fullly aware of yet have not resolved.

Want a good night's sleep, DO NOT STAY HERE!
This hotel is beautiful and very close to the center of San Miguel de Allende. We stayed there from Wednesday to Friday and it was quiet the first two days but on Friday, the night club next door had loud music till 4AM.
The receptionist was kind enough to relocate us to a different hotel where we were very happy the rest of our stay.

The room wasn't clean, the hotel looked like it was abandoned & there wasn't any capable staff for our request so we decided not to stay. I'm expecting my money back since I didn't stay for the night.

Great location a block away trom the main square, yet adjacent to the trendiest night club which can be a problem if you worry too much about noise. Many rooms were adapted from a historic house so sizes and furnishings vary significantly in each. The valet-parking scheme is disastrous as cars are taken to a lot some fifteen minutes away.

Good place in historic area to walk. Room was very spacious and clean but had 2 different mattress brands. I got lucky and got the comfortable one. Overall great value for the location.
