Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a fantastic destination. All the staff from the pool attendant to the front desk are ultra friendly, helpful and nice. Vinpearl has a number of resorts on that part of the island but almost all cater to a larger mass market. If you want privacy and laid back beach/pool lifestyle, i can't recommend enough. Back in Saigon and already missing the place.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! We recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

All the staffs were extra ordinary kind and helpful. room was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the food basket. all areas were quiet and environmental friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was ok. I love the croissants and waffles. Anywhere in the vinpearl island, you can move by the buggies with ease. Vin wonders was wonderful, no cue to excess saffari, underworld nor any water slides. From Luxury to the Vinpearl golf CC, it took about 10 mins by buggy. CC was pretty tightly running like Korea. I prefer to go any other places.

오랜만에 후기를 남깁니다. 수년 전 방문했던 빈펄 럭셔리는 정말 좋은 기억으로 남아 있어 큰 기대를 안고 다시 찾았습니다. 특히 해변에 위치한 카페가 너무 아름다웠던 기억이 있어 더욱 기대가 컸습니다. 그러나 이번 방문은 실망스러웠습니다. 연휴라 그런지 체크인 시 짐을 방까지 가져다주는 서비스(luggage delivery service)에 1시간이 걸린다고 해서, 결국 선착장에서 숙소까지 짐을 직접 들고 가야 했습니다. 여행의 시작부터 불편함이 따랐습니다. 더 큰 문제는 호텔 직원들의 태도였습니다. 여러 가지 문제를 해결하기 위해 책임자급 직원과 소통하려 했으나, 그들은 고자세로 일관하며 직접 응대하는 것을 꺼리는 모습을 보였습니다. 마치 고객을 무시하는 듯한 태도는 매우 불쾌했습니다. 반면, 여전히 잔잔한 바닷가 그리고 일반 직원들은 매우 친절했고 서비스 자체에는 큰 불만이 없었습니다. 그러나 매니저급 직원들의 응대는 실망을 넘어 분노를 일으킬 정도였습니다. 고객을 배려하는 모습은커녕, 오히려 손님을 깔보는 듯한 태도로 마치 자신들이 주인인 것처럼 행동했습니다. 과연 이곳이 내가 알던 빈펄 럭셔리가 맞나 싶을 정도였습니다. 시설 면에서도 실망스러웠습니다. 화장실의 도기 및 위생 시설이 낡아 보였고, 유지·보수가 제대로 이루어지지 않은 듯한 느낌이었습니다. 예전의 고급스럽고 깔끔한 이미지와는 거리가 멀었습니다. 마지막으로, 객실 내 모기가 너무 많았습니다. 숙박을 고려하신다면 모기약은 필수로 챙기시길 권장합니다. 빈펄 럭셔리는 과거의 명성을 유지하지 못하고 있습니다. 기대가 컸던 만큼 실망도 컸던 이번 방문, 다시 찾을 이유는 없어 보입니다.

Helt nydelig!
Fantastisk service, fantastisk frokost, fantastisk plass! Hadde i utgangspunktet tenkt at jeg ikke ville bo på Hon Tre pga. mye mas med fornøyelsesparken. Tok taubanen over for å se på Vinpearl Harbour, så dette resortet - og booket meg spontant inn for en natt, selvom jeg egentlig sov på et hotell i Nha Trang. Det angrer jeg ikke på, var helt fantastisk å få slappet av her den siste tiden av oppholdet mitt i Vietnam. Vakkert resort, hvor de ikke har plass til så mange gjester - som derfor gjør det avslappende og rolig!
