The man on January 12 had great customer service and a very fast check in. The card wouldn’t work to unlock the door therefore he quickly gave us an another room!

Guy was a bit rude as if I didn’t spend last 6 nights there… was going to book again but was like nah Should show respect to people spending money .. but room was cozy .. didn’t get extremely warm and tub didn’t get extremely hot so was so so .. bed was comfortable for tiny bed . Close to lots of things on Halsted

I like the microwave and refrigerator. Staff limited English speaking. Someone ran there car into a hotel room. No maintenance staff on duty when needed just for a light bulb for the vanity lights
