Un bel hôtel manque encore de finition, un ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas toujours, côté chambre le ménage manque encore de petit contrôle surtout quand on y reste plusieurs nuits (obligé de demander papier toilette, pas de poubelles vidées, et autres petits détails mais important dans de tels établissements) petit déjeuner parfait avec une personne très agréable un sourire qui nous fait du bien avec une bonne humeur, attentive aux attentes des clients et surtout patiente et professionnelle malgré certains clients. Un bon séjour .

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et avons été ravis de notre séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé face à l’océan, à 2 min à pied des boutiques et restaurants de l’avenue Charles-de-Gaulle et à 10 min du marché. La vue sur l’océan est incroyable. La chambre climatisée, bien que petite, est fonctionnelle et la literie excellente. La terrasse et surtout la vue font vite oublier sa taille ! Aucune nuisance sonore, ce qui est très appréciable car je suis particulièrement sensible au bruit. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et le stationnement gratuit juste devant l’hôtel, même en août, est un vrai plus. Le personnel est aux petits soins, avec une mention particulière pour Sophie et Marie à la réception. La directrice est également charmante et très prévenante. Nous n’avons pas pu tester l’espace bien-être qui n’était pas encore ouvert. Les quelques petits aléas rencontrés sont compréhensibles pour un hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir. On juge aussi un établissement à sa façon de gérer les imprévus et les remarques : la réactivité de l’équipe a été au rendez-vous. Enfin, la plage est à 1 min à pied, il suffit de traverser ! Deux plages privées se trouvent également juste en face. Nous avons adoré LAZULI. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et lui souhaitons tout le succès qu’il mérite. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
