"If you are looking for mountain quiet 20 minutes from Dollywood, this is the place for you. The rooms are spacious and have balconies to enjoy the mountain air. The staff is great and very helpful. "My husband and I checked in around 7pm. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and gave useful information about breakfast, etc. Once we got in our room the phone rang and it was the gentleman from the front desk asking if our room was okay and if we needed anything just let him know. The hotel was clean, the staff very kind, and breakfast choices were great. It was not a fancy hotel but I would rather have a clean place and nice people. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay at Sleep Inn again."
