The room was very clean and suited our needs for our short stay.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable Fenêtre bien isolée

Friendly staff and great food!

Nice hotel for our 1 night stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was old, and poorly ventilated.

The hotel was about a 1-hour walking distance from the center, but there are plenty of bus stops, including right outside the hotel. It is also about a 10-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket and a McDonald's. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were functioning.

Out of the way spot but at least the restaurant is next door. Thus…Less expensive than more central location.

Staff were great and rooms were clean. Wouks stay again for sure

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was great for dinner and a game of pool had had a playground outside that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good. A lot of garbage around the outdoor property surrounding hotel, parking lot and outdoor eating/ playground area.

O quarto é novo e a equipe é educada e prestativa.

Letto ultracomodo, camera ampia.

Clean room. Nice food. ease of parking and location to motorways.

About the only complaint: no toilet paper. To conserve they use a dispenser that gives out single sheets at a time (like a tissue box).

The room was clean..not great but clean. The bed was comfortable. The hallways were disgusting. I do not think they clean or vacuum these halls. I would look elsewhere in Sterling

Even though it said on the booking that this hotel doesn't have any AC the room we got was so damp, moist and hot we asked to change. Despite protests from the staff we got a new room that was warm but much nicer. No USB outlets that other Premier Inn has.
