A great hotel for a pre-cruise night. The room was a nice size, bathroom was great, the air conditioning was the quietest we’ve ever had, breakfast had a great selection. They offered gluten free toast. Location was great, close to a large mall with many restaurants and close to the cruise port. Would book here again for our next cruise.

I’ll probably look for other accommodations next time I’m in Southampton. Location was good for a one night cruise. The bathtub in the family triple room, however, is a huge accident waiting to happen. Very high step into tub for the shower and very very narrow tub. Getting out was a huge challenge.

The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. We had someone in our party have to go to the hospital and the staff allowed us a late checkout and held luggage. Very grateful for all their help. In addition, they are a great hotel within walkable distance from the cruise port, restaurants, mall, etc!

Very, very nice room with very comfortable bed. Reception area, however, is small and congested with many check ins and check outs. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Can't beat the convenience as the hotel is close to everything and is ideal for a pre and post cruise stay. They even hold your bags for you if you arrive before check in timeand only ask a voluntary charity donation if you wish.

Amazing breakfast spread including everything you can think of. Very good deal on the evening happy hour as well. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient for cruise embarkation. Be aware that there are three Premier Inns in a very small area. Make sure you go to the right one!
