The place was good enough. The main feature we were looking for was walking distance to the airport and it meet that criteria as it was about a 14 minute walk with kids to where we needed to be. We were able to find airport carts in the parking lots on the way to make luggage transport easier. Room was adequate but small. Nice space for luggage under the bed. Breakfast was good. Room was quite warm in current heatwave.

For my last day in Scotland, I wanted a hotel that was close to the airport. It had a restaurant in the hotel that was actually excellent. The bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful. The shower was amazing. I slept like a baby five minute walk with two large suitcases to the airport.

Older hotel. Extremely hot room on a day where the temperatures outdoors was mid-70s. Only way to cool was to open the window a maximum of six inches and use a small fan that was provided. We left the restaurant without ordering once we were seated and the hostess explained the four or five items on the menu that weren't available that night. The positive is that it is a short walk to the airport terminal, which was a huge help.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay if you're using the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful; our room wasn't set up for two people so had to ask for an extra towel etc, and they were quick to respond. Due to the location, it can get pretty noisy from flights and road traffic, and our room was near the main entrance on the ground floor so constantly heard the doors opening and closing at all hours. But otherwise, good value for money.

The lift was out of order and will be for the next month I believe. The hotel is in need of an update and the beds are not comfortable. The staff were excellent though, very helpful and kind. No shuttle to the airport but an easy walk to it. Breakfast was alright but was a charge. Kids eat free for breakfast which was nice.

Location to airport was excellent. Express bus from Glasgow center to airport is very efficient. We were able to walk to the hotel from the bus drop off point, no problem. I would suggest a dinner reservation for folks staying at the hotel. Very busy restaurant.

Staff were helpful. Especially regarding my kids’ allergies and the food. I was disappointed by the lack of communication between hotels.com, the front desk staff and myself as I had requested hypoallergenic bedding (skin allergies) and that if it wasn’t available, I’d cancel and book elsewhere. No one contacted me and no once answered when I called until I called the day of and finally got someone who said they don’t have it. By then it was too late to cancel which was annoying. On the plus side, having family rooms available with multiple beds is hard to come by and I’m so grateful they had that. It made travelling much easier. The food wasn’t great. The fruit sundaes were made with frozen fruit that was still frozen, the nachos were thrown together… the fish and chips batter was wet inside and gooey. If you don’t eat here and don’t have allergies, honestly it was a good stay. Unfortunately we had other needs that weren’t met Convenient location to the airport. Just a few minutes walk and was competitively priced

As travelers from the US, where the number of advertised beds in a hotel room are available regardless of how many travelers are listed when booking, we had several incidences on our 3 week trip where we faced higher fees and even outright lack of beds when we showed up with more than the booked for number of travelers. This was the case at the Premier hotel at the Glasgow airport. After spending almost 6 hours on a train, arriving after 11pm and having a 7am flight the next morning, all we wanted to do was sleep! But the "family" room that had advertised 4 beds only had two because I'd neglected to change the number of travelers when I booked! I wanted to cry! But the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to go rework the room, adding the correct number of beds, and for that he will have my eternal gratitude! If you're booking from America, be aware that if you list a different number of guests than what you'll arrive with you may find yourself in a pickle! Thankfully for us, crisis was averted!
