Holiday Inn Express Stockport by IHG

Holiday Inn Express Stockport by IHG

8/10 Good
"Really surprised - clean, modern, comfortable, big room. Staff were really helpful. Shower could’ve been better but was fine. Breakfast was standard - all good. Only issue - you have to park in the NCP opposite and it cost about £17 for 24 hours - no hotel discounts or anything. I think it’s cheaper if you download the NCP app first but that’s not the hotel’s fault."

10/10 Excellent
"This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. I was here for work and the location made accessing the bus and tram network a breeze. The room was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning in the room was also excellent. The restaurant had a simple menu but it was delicious. It was a nice surprise to be able to order breakfast directly to the room. My order was perfectly made and came exactly on time."

Daresbury Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic stay for the price. Excellent friendly staff and the hotel has had a complete makeover and like staying in a new hotel. The room finishes are a bit budget(flat pack) drawers and hanging space. Only 4 hangers.. we were given a disabled type room with the smallest of hand basins which you couldn't fit the kettle under to fill. I have to use a glass to fill the kettle.. not good in a disability room. Huge tv.. must have been at least 60” Excellent buffet breakfast.. plenty of options"

  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal for your stay in a Stockport hotel. For those seeking something a bit different, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, assisting you in your search for a great value.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, though thanks to Stockport's excellent public transport links, you might find a more affordable independent hotel a little further out that remains well connected.
