They are remodeling the whole thing so I am sure it will be nice when they get it finished, the beds were comfortable just not the size we needed. It was in a great location and the staff was wonderful ! We would stay here again.

Parking was terrible room we reserved was not available so they moved us to another room tv didn’t work bath tub was cracked and leaking mold on the ceiling pictures on the website didn’t match anything we seen girl at the front desk was so high she couldn’t keep her eyes open My advice is stay away from this place !!!!

Absolutely never stay here

Do not stay here. If I could give zero stars I would. I had mushrooms growing out of the bathroom wall, the pools were condemned. The parking lots were closed down. The rooms were filthy including the bedding. The cookware was disgusting. The water park (whole reason why I booked here) was completely shut down as well.

The staff was great. Tried to help as much as possible. The room had worms and bugs. Ocean front on bottom floor was not good. You had to look between trees to see the ocean while standing up. No water in the pool. No ice, no tv. AC worked good.

The property wasnt located at the address, provided by hotels dot com. It was actually two blocks away, which I had to walk with all my luggage. SCAM!!!! I have filed for return, police report filed, news station reported, investigation happening. Contact a lawyer for fraud and crime investigation. This MUST stop and hotels.com doesn’t even care. Hotels.com can’t get ahold of OYO Hotels (capital O waves-fake hotel) and haven’t returned my money. Of course how can you get ahold of scammers!!!! My lawyer has contacted hotels.com and police fraud. Local news station Myrtle Beach has FULL report and will air LIVE. Stop scamming innocent family people.
