We did have a clean & comfortable room as well as a quiet evening to sleep. However, the numerous homeless people across the street made for an uncomfortable walk to eateries as well as concern for our vehicle in parking lot. Don’t expect to use the pool… looks like a war zone.

Overall our stay was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, no issues at all. Only thing I noticed was we stayed on the 5th floor and when entering the hallway there was a very strong smell of cigaret smoke. There were not smoking rooms, so my guess was a guest ignored this. I was traveling with a child and it was perfect for a quick overnight stay at an affordable rate. Staff at the front desk were great.

Parking is free but its a small lot. There are tons of homeless people so safety is a potential concern. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff isn't very friendly. The location isn't bad. Its about a ten minute walk to the civic center and mall. Overall its an ok place to stay for the price but if you can find something similarly priced I'd encourage you to do so.

We like the hotel and have stayed there before it’s in a good place except for the homeless cap beside it made me and my wife nervous she won’t stay there again until the city does something. It’s sad because it’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the hospital and baseball field.

The building as a whole was dirty, our room was clean for the most part. But the phone and A/C were both broken, shower head was messed up, one of the hand towels had makeup on it, I’m guessing from a previous guest, and there was a broken handle on one of the drawers. Other than that, decent place to stay, as long as you don’t mind being cursed at by 12 homeless people as you are walking around property
