The staff member I worked with was particularly helpful with checking in, with clear explanations about everything and how to access the building. The room I booked (Economy Double Room Single Use) was great, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, the room and restroom were clean when I arrived, and I appreciated the coffee machine. I would highly recommend Velia Relais.

The property is a part of several accommodations in the same building and although a bit complicated to get through the maze of locked doors, once inside and settled, it is a great respite from a busy city. The in-room amenities are sparse but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large by Italian standards. The location is perfect. Far enough from the central chaos yet steps from a Metro line and the Roma Termini Station. Certainly an affordable and comfortable accommodation.

The room is small but that’s typical of European hotels. There’s a nice coffee machine in the room. The hotel is pretty central. Major attractions are anywhere between a 15-30 min walk. There are good restaurants nearby.

Had a fantastic week here. Room was immaculate, nice clean towels and bedding. Very handy having a fridge in the room so we could buy milk for our hot drinks also the coffee machine was an added bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great too just round corner from rail station and easy walk to all attractions. lovely to walk at night too and feel safe. highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Once you enter the large wooden doors the city noise dissipates. The door fob works well. The rooms are small but efficient. The bed was great. Walking distance from train and subway stations.
