I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The central location was a big plus, with easy access to the area and a beautiful monument view. The only downside was limited food options, and you had to leave the hotel. The good thing was there were good places nearby. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel itself was very modern. Rooms were perfect. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

Staying at the Hampton by Hilton gave our family a great first few days in San Santiago de los Caballeros. The property is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff was exceedingly kind to my kid. Special thanks to Grismaldy the bellman, Jose at the on-site restaurant, and the lovely young lady at the front desk with all the Olympic pins on her lanyard. My child has a food allergy, and not only was the restaurant totally accommodating, my kid also loved their food. She said it was the best ribeye she’s ever had, and she’s a huge steak lover. The property was clean, the room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location. Kids also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the view from the rooftop was enjoyed by all. Parking, check-in, and checkout were all easy. Wi-Fi works well. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Santiago.
