The hotel is very nice. They even take your luggage to your room which is in the same building but not inside the restaurant where the reception desk is. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very well organized. They even mande fresh scrambled eggs.

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the old town. Above a number of restaurants owned by the same people, which does mean it is quite a noisy street at night. Good breakfast served in the restaurant below you.

This property is in the heart of everything! It was beautiful, full of history and very nice staff! The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and smelled wonderful! All the little details added up to a perfect stay in Bergamo. The free breakfast was a nice amenity. I would definitely stay here again

Quality food and drink available at Breakfast but could be improved with self service hot drinks machine as waiting for staff often meant the drinks were cold by the time we got them Overall good hotel in great location
